Check in with the pool, manager near the office door. During the lessons we strongly encourage you to observe from the balcony viewing area instead of the pool deck. We are asking that parents not sit in the instructional pool area due to wet floor, street shoe use and USA swimming rules. Thank you.

All efforts will be made to meet your scheduling requirements or transfer your credit to another course offering. If a refund is required, refunds will be issued back to your credit card or a refund check will be issued if you paid by e-check . All refunds will be issued within 30 days of request minus a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given with less than 48 hours notice of the start of the camp unless a note from a physician is provided.
No shows will not be made up or refunded.
In case of a school cancellation due to weather, acts of nature or any unforeseen circumstance, there will be no make-up classes or refunds if any of these occur.
